A little hard to find (it's attached to the back of the BP gas station) but reasonably priced and quick service

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this BP Gas Station at 3581 Laurel Forth Meade RD Laurel md 20724, was disappointing enough that I feel obligated to share it so other customers can make an informed decision. I brought my BMW to this shop because I experienced an unexpected issue and the location was nearby. My vehicle has been regularly maintained, and I consistently follow the recommended service schedule through the BMW dealership. The car has generally been very reliable, and I have never had any major mechanical problems. When I brought the vehicle in, I was told the diagnosis would take approximately 1–2 hours. Based on that conversation, I expected to receive an update, a written estimate, and an opportunity to approve any additional work before significant charges were incurred. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I was never provided with a written estimate, work order, or authorization request. I repeatedly called for updates and was only told that there was an "electrical issue." Wasn't a bad experience overall. They sell used tires only! He just needs a credit card machine so you don't have to withdraw money from the ATM and get charged also. The whole experience was brief, about 10 minutes max. Ill definitely visit again if need be.
